Fans of indie games have been waiting a long time for Polytron's upcoming 2D/3D platformer Fez. Oddly enough, the game's creator Phil Fish made an impromptu appearance today at the Austin Game Developer's Conference to give Fez's first live demo. The mind-bending, perspective-shifting XNA game FEZ, that has been showcased at the Independent Games Festival, has finally been confirmed for release on the Xbox LIVE Arcade. Polytron -- the developer of FEZ -- announced on their site that the game should show up sometime in early 2010. FEZ is a perspective-shifting game where the platforms change depending on the view the player is looking from. FEZ is often compared to Crush, Echochrome, and Super Paper Mario.

If I told you that there was a celebrity that loved playing video games you'd probably instantly think of Wilmer Valderrama. Sadly, it wouldn't be Fez that I was talking about but it would be someone just as dreamy, Angelina Jolie. Angelina recently told OK! Magazine that she's all about working out her body on with the Wii and Konami's "Let's Pilates." Yes, this is who keeps buying this stuff. The 33-year-old actress - who raises six kids with partner Brad Pitt - has been burning off her post-pregnancy pounds with a Nintendo Wii console, which requires players to use their body to control their games' characters. A source said: "Angelina's kids were convincing her that video games were more than just fun. They explained to her you can do anything from practice math to learn to read music and exercise."
