NewsLimbo releases on the App Store next week
Now is a great time to try out Playdead's game Limbo if you haven't already.
The atmospheric puzzle-platformer is quiet and surprisingly intense. It's a must-play, and starting Wednesday, July 3, you can find it on the App Store for $5, the Denmark-based studio announced today.
To date, the downloadable title has sold 3 million copies across the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Steam, Mac App Store, and PlayStation Vita. Those are great numbers for an indie game.
"We have worked very hard to bring Limbo to as many devices as possible, rethinking the controls and performing extensive optimizations to ensure an amazing touch-based experience across iPad 2 (and higher), iPad Mini, iPhone 4S (and higher), and the latest generation of iPod Touch," reads the press release.
Is there a chance we'll see this for Android devices, too? Here's hoping.
