Yo-ho-ho and a bottle of FUN! Today, Disney Interactive released a video that provides an in-depth look into the Pirates of the Caribbean Play Set for Disney Infinity. In a addition to the video -- which shows the play set's gameplay style, characters and action -- they've also released more screenshots of the play set.

With the Pirates of the Caribbean play set, players will take on the role of Captain Barbossa, Davy Jones, and everyone's favorite pirate, Captain Jack Sparrow. Players will explore new lands while battling land and sea, whether by sword or boat. Players can also customize their pirate ship, from the overall decor of the boat to the cannons aboard it. The gameplay shows a lot of sword fighting and adventure -- much different from that of the Monsters University, Cars and The Incredibles play sets. Of course, elements and characters from the PotC play set are able to be used in Toy Box mode.

Pirates of the Caribbean is part of Disney Infinity's starter pack, launching August 18 with The Incredibles and Monsters University. Disney Infinity will be available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii U and 3DS.
