For those of you who don't think the 2,000 page script that currently makes up Beyond: Two Souls is long enough, you may want to check out the Special Edition version of the game. Available only through pre-ordering, the Special Edition version of Beyond: Two Souls contains an additional 30-minute playable scene in addition to a bunch of other goodies.

Posted over on the PlayStation Europe blog, Sony provided a full breakdown of what else is included:

• Exclusive steel book premium packaging
• Additional playable scene (30 mins gameplay)
• Behind the scenes videos
• Game soundtrack
• PS3 Dynamic Theme
• PSN Avatar Bundle

It's unknown how crucial the extra scene is to the game's overall plot, or even whether this version will be available in America. As of right now, only the PlayStation Europe blog has revealed the Special Edition version. I do expect something similar to be offered here in America, though.

Beyond: Two Souls is due out exclusively on PlayStation 3 on October 8.
