NewsThe Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Legendary Edition confirmed, includes Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn
Bethesda has confirmed the existence of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Legendary Edition, a bundle that was first leaked last week by Polish retailer Ultima. As previously expected, the Legendary Edition will contain The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim base game and all three downloadable content packs: Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn. It also includes the latest version of the game, with the 1.9 title update already on disc.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Legendary Edition will be released for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC on June 4th for $59.99. It will be released on June 7th for those in European territories.
The release of this collection pretty much confirms what Bethesda has already told us; that is, the studio will be moving on from Skyrim and onto a new project. While they'll still support the game with patches as needed, I highly doubt we'll see any more major expansions which is a bit of a disappointment considering we were promised quite a few "large expansions" prior to Skyrim's release.
