Last chance to vote for your Madden NFL 25 cover athlete

Calling all football fans! Today is the last day you can vote on the cover of Madden NFL 25. After weeks of bracket-style fan voting, the field of 64 NFL athletes has been whittled down to just two: Barry Sanders and Adrian Peterson.

These two running backs represent the greatest NFL players of the past and present. Barry Sanders and Adrian Peterson were/are NFL running backs, and are both considered among the greatest at the position. Barry Sanders endured 10 grueling seasons playing for the Lions amassing 15,269 career yards, making him the third leading rusher in NFL history. However, Peterson is quickly closing the gap. The current Minnesota Vikings running back has totaled 8,849 yards in just six seasons in the NFL. Last season he bounced back from a torn ACL to rush for over 2,000 yards.

As I mentioned before, my vote went to Barry Sanders. But I'm not alone in the decision. Professional golfer Tiger Woods tweeted his support of Sanders earlier today.
