NewsMutant Mudds Deluxe content may remain exclusive to Wii U
Mutant Mudds was a hell of a game when it launched on the 3DS in early 2012. Developer Renegade Kid then ported the jolly 2D platformer to the PC, and it was a hell of a game there, too. You could say it was even better on the PC thanks to the bonus levels. Of course, these levels were later released as free DLC for the 3DS version.
When Mutant Mudds Deluxe launches on the Wii U this year, that may not be the case. In other words, that exclusive content may very well stay exclusive to that particular edition. "The current plan is to make the Wii U content exclusive to the Wii U," tweeted creator Jools Watsham.
I really dug Mutant Mudds when I played it on the PC a few short months ago. I may actually download the game again on the Wii U just so I can play it on my TV. The addition of extra content certainly helps. Do you plan on buying Mutant Mudds Deluxe? Do you already own some version of that game?
