NewsHere are the motivations of 'Assassin's Creed 3: Liberation' protagonist, Aveline
A new trailer has been released for Assassin's Creed 3 Liberation giving fans a look at the motivations of Aveline de Grandpré, the first female assassin in the franchise's history.
Playing as Aveline in 18th century New Orleans, players will fight for liberty and freedom "for those to whom such fundamental rights are denied."
On the brink of rebellion as the Spanish Empire imposes its new rule, Aveline must act as the peoples' "shield, sword, and only hope". It is up to Aveline to continue the battle against the Templars on the PlayStation Vita.
Playable on a handheld device for the first time, Assassin's Creed 3 Liberation includes elements from the console franchise that players have grown to love, including combat, free-roaming navigation, and a rich storyline.
By the way, that beautiful white Vita you are seeing the gameplay on in the trailer is part of Sony's Assassin's Creed 3 Vita bundle which includes a "crystal white" Wi-Fi only Vita, the Liberation game, and a 4GB memory card.
